Kitz stays busy throughout the skiing season so you don’t have to worry that there are only going to be a few people around. This also means that everything stays open throughout the season so finding something to do will never be difficult. There is even an ice skating rink and sleigh rides so there’s a lot to do when it gets too dark for skiing.

St. Anton is another popular resort for skiing holidays in Austria and is known for attracting keen skiers from all around the world. It is one of Europe’s leading resorts and is therefore lively and sophisticated. Although the resort attracts plenty of excellent skiers because of its reputation, don’t let this put you off if you are a beginner. There are plenty of easy slopes to get started on and lessons are available for people of all abilities.

Just as with most other resorts there is plenty to keep you busy whether you are skiing or not. As well as this there are 10 restaurants located around the resort which is ideal if you fancy a break or want to get something to eat.

If you are looking for skiing holidays with a bit of a difference then Austria is one of the top places to go. With dozens of resorts to choose from you could return year after year and never be bored. Most of the resorts around the country have plenty to do even when you’re not skiing so there is something to suit all tastes.
